All features, content, specifications, products, and prices described on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Weights, measures, and descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Colors

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors; however, the actual color you see depends on your screen, and we cannot guarantee exact accuracy.

Accuracy & correction

ComtelQ8 Mobile attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are completely error-free. If a product received is not as described, your sole remedy under Kuwaiti law is to return it in its original, unused, and unsealed condition within the legal return window.

03System Updates, Errors & Order Cancellations

In the event of a technical glitch, system update error, or human mistake resulting in incorrect information, imagery, or pricing being displayed on the Site, ComtelQ8 Mobile reserves the absolute right to cancel the order/purchase. In such cases:

04Account Registration & Data Collection

To purchase or register on the Site, you must provide accurate details, including your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number.

Financial data

You must only input financial details (such as credit/debit card information) within the secure My Account checkout section. Do not post financial or sensitive data anywhere else publicly on the Site.

Transactional data

We collect history based on your activities (buying, selling, or history on the Site) solely to complete transactions and improve our services.

ComtelQ8 Mobile strictly enforces a policy where we do not sell or rent any of your personal or financial data to third parties in the normal course of doing business.

06Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer reliable shipping methods covering all areas of the State of Kuwait, with ultra-fast delivery options tailored to your needs:

  1. Same-day delivery within 12 hours
  2. Next-day delivery within 24 hours
  3. 2-day delivery within 48 hours
  4. 3-day delivery within 72 hours
  5. In-store pickup — collect from our designated showrooms
07Payment Methods, Refunds & Cash on Delivery

We accept major payment gateways secure in Kuwait, including K-Net, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Direct payment

Cash payments must be made directly to our delivery representative upon physical receipt of the products.

Card on delivery (K-Net/Visa)

Customers who select payment on delivery but wish to pay via K-Net or Visa must contact our customer support team at 98820909 right after placing the order to ensure the driver carries a payment terminal.

Invoices

Upon full payment, the driver will hand over the product along with the official company invoice.

Exclusions

We do not accept cheques, gift vouchers, or unauthorized discount coupons as a substitute for cash or card upon delivery. Valid coupons must be applied online before checkout.

Delivery contact & cancellation

To ensure timely delivery, our team or driver will contact you at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Availability

COD may not be available for all high-value or specific items. Availability will be clearly indicated during the checkout shipping page.

08Return, Exchange & Legal Compliance

Pursuant to Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014, customers have the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, wrapped in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Exceptions

Returns/exchanges do not apply to products that have been customized, damaged by the user, or if the original software/operating system has been activated/altered.

09Governing Law & Disputes

This Site is operated from the State of Kuwait. By purchasing from us, you agree that all transactions, terms, and conditions are governed by the laws of Kuwait.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of ComtelQ8 Mobile, or any products distributed by us, shall be settled amicably through customer service. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
